Rigas International accepts returns within a 5-day period from the date your product has been delivered to you under the following conditions.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

  • Masks, accessories, wall art, soap bars, candles & eye masks cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

  • Return delivery costs for products with manufacturing fault or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Rigas International. Pls note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered manufacturing fault.

  • Returns are not applicable on Sale Items and items purchased with a discount code.

  • ‘Final Sale’or ‘Clearance Sale’ items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

  • Customised products are non refundable or exchangeable.

  • Our liability is limited only to the Invoice Value.



To return an item, simply write us an email to info@rigasinternational.com and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.
Once the return request is approved, we will book a return pickup for you, you will be required to pack the product back in the bag and hand it over to the delivery agent.

  • Our team will assess the product, once it reaches our warehouse.

  • The amount you paid for the product(s), will be refunded to you in the form of store credit which will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue (Standard shipping charges INR 150 will be deducted from the amount)

  • You will receive a courtesy email update from Rigas International as soon as your refund has been initiated.


Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. We hear you and are working to have exchanges available in the near future! In the meantime, simply send your return back for a store credit and re-order as you wish.


Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made. 


Discount code is not applicable on items that are already on discounts/sale.
Discount codes are not applicable on masks, accessories and Wall Art.

*Any accessories/masks/wall art/soap bars/candles/eye masks  are not applicable for returns.

Rigas International reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the aforesaid conditions and policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
